Late & Lost Parcels:
- Responsibility: Luxbaby and Beyond is not responsible for late, lost, or damaged deliveries by Australia Post or any international carrier. If you do not receive your parcel within the stated delivery time, please inform us promptly so we can assist in tracking down the delivery. We also encourage you to contact the delivery provider directly using your tracking details.
Returns:
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We thoroughly check all items before dispatch.
- Personalized Items: We do not offer changes or returns on personalized items. Please ensure you select the correct variations and provide accurate personalization details, as these cannot be altered once processed.
Return to Sender:
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your postal address is correct when placing your order. If an address is incorrect and the parcel needs to be resent, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.
